- Bulk: Delivery rates include bulk delivery with auger, chute, or conveyor, trucking & labor, up to 5 minutes per ton of unload time in one location. 4-5ton max per load. Further distances may require minimum order. Additional services/time may require additional charges.
- Bagged Coal & Wood Pellets: Delivery rates include up to 4-5 ton of loose bags delivered at one time. Bags are loaded in truck loose and dumped on your lawn/driveway. OR up to 2 ton of full shrink wrapped pallets dropped in your driveway or lawn (local areas only). We can also load up to 4 full pallets on the truck, if you have equipment capable of unloading them
- WINTER DELIVERY SERVICE AREA REDUCTIONS BEGIN MONDAY 11/27. OUR SERVICE AREA IS REDUCED TO EXCLUDE NIAGARA AND CATTARAUGUS COUNTIES AS WELL AS THE MAJORITY OF ERIE COUNTY UNTIL MARCH 2024. WINTER DELIVERY RATES WILL ALSO BEGIN MONDAY 11/27. ALL AUGER & CONVEYOR DELIVERIES WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF APPROXIMATELY 25% FOR EXTRA UNLOADING AND TRAVEL TIME. ALL DELIVERIES WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AS REQUIRED BASED ON WEATHER CONDITIONS. PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
