Emergency Stove Service and Deliveries are available 24/7/365!

Our showroom is located at 5544 State Route 15A in Springwater, NY. While we’re available any time for emergencies, our showroom hours are:

Mon/Wed/Fri
Closed (Coal-Pellet-Landscape Deliveries available)

Tuesday & Thursday
2pm-6pm

Saturday
9am -4pm

Sunday
Closed

We make scheduled deliveries and are working on the road Monday thru Friday. If you are local and need parts outside of regular store hours, please send an email to steve@thecoalshop.com with the brand and model of your stove, and a description of the part you’re looking for. We will get back to you ASAP if we have the part and can help you.
