Our showroom is located at 5544 State Route 15A in Springwater, NY. While we’re available most days for emergencies, our showroom hours are:

Current Hours (Beginning 7/29/24)

Mon/Weds/Fri: Closed (out making deliveries)

Tues & Thurs: 10am-6pm

Saturday: 9am -4pm

Sunday: Closed

We are out making scheduled deliveries Monday thru Friday. If you are local and need parts outside of regular store hours, please send an email to steve@thecoalshop.com with the brand and model of your stove, and a description of the part you’re looking for. We will get back to you ASAP if we have the part and can help you.
